- If you are unhappy within 60 days from the date of receiving the order, request a return authorization number (RAN) and send back your units for a full refund.

- Fill out the online form within 60 days from the date of receiving the order with your full name, order number, and reason for return. Your request will be reviewed, and if eligible, you will receive an email reply with a return order number.
- Package all empty and/or full bottles, legibly write the return order number on the package, and return all bottles ordered to receive a refund.
- Mail the package via certified mail within 10 days after receiving your return order number to the provided address.
- The refund will be processed to the original form of payment, unless otherwise instructed. Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month, and may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your credit. You should see the credit in the next billing cycle.
